Dealer Agreement

Dealer Requirements:
• Dealer Name and Address
• Dealer License Number
• Dealer Resale Number (for local and State Sales Tax Exemption on VE/US product purchases)
• Dealer Contact Information (Contact Name, Email, and Phone Number)

Simple Prepaid Order Terms:
• All orders are prepaid by the Dealer
• Payments are made through Zelle
• Orders follow VE/US Value Engineered transaction flow
• Dealers handle installation and all customer service locally
